Although remote, they work closely together in a flexible and professional environment serving founders, CEOs, and other executives of fast growing, multi-million dollar software companies.

Description

Our client's Senior Pricing Analyst will be a core contributor to their pricing engagement team with exceptional expertise in structuring, analyzing, and visualizing opportunity, product usage, qualitative survey, and customer account billing data to identify areas of pricing and packing improvement and business insights. The Analyst will work closely with their dope CEO to translate findings, research and questions into solid quantitative and qualitative analysis, and communicate findings and recommendations with our clients. The role will also comprise of competitive research/analysis and concurrent management of multiple programs/clients. This is a remote role with flexible schedules. Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill set.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with C-level Software/SaaS leadership and their stakeholders to establish a baseline and design a custom plan for growth… so please be comfortable to hold and conduct client-facing video and phone calls on a regular basis.
  • Leverage Python to shape and structure data sets for analysis
  • Use templates to build analytical models to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes (e.g., measuring win/losses against product upgrades)
  • Create dashboards and other summary visualizations to support decision-making for operational and leadership teams

Skills and Experience

  • Personable with exceptional tact for building relationships quickly... you need to be an effective communicator who enjoys speaking to external clients on a regular basis
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as a software pricing analyst, consulting analyst, product manager or related role
  • BA/MS or equivalent coursework in quantitative and qualitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Relative Economics, Business/Finance, Marketing, etc.)
  • Experience building statistical and other analytical models in Python
  • Experience with data visualization
  • Product management experience preferred
  • Experience or familiarity with B2B SaaS business models strongly preferred
  • Project management experience required
  • Management Consulting, Venture Capital, or Private Equity experience a plus
